BAKED CHICKEN WITH ROSEMARY
Ingredients:
4 chicken portions
2 Tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Seasoning
Lemon wedges to garnish
Instruction:
Sprinkle chicken portions with salt, seasoning and rub in.
Brush olive oil over chicken portions and sprinkle with rosemary and lemon rind.
Allow to rest for 45 minutes to one hour.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place chicken pieces in a shallow oven-proof dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.
When ready, take out from oven and serve garnished with lemon wedges
