10g of Sugar

¼ Tsp. of Salt

350 ml room temperature Fresh milk

4 large eggs

3 Tbsps. Unsalted Butter (Melted)

Method

 1. Put flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs and butter in a blender and puree for about 45 seconds and allow to rest for about five minutes.

2. Heat up a non-stick pan measuring 8 or 10 inches, brush lightly with butter and pour in 1/3 pureed batter. Cook until crepe is golden brown and flip the other side to cook and become golden brown too and it is ready to serve.

Crepes can go with tea or coffee. Repeat this process for the rest batter to make more crepes.

The beautiful thing about this recipe is that unused batter can be kept in the refrigerator for future use for as long as one week to one month.
